Custom Block Confirmations Notification

Safeheron provides default block confirmations based on token algorithms, network conditions, and transaction efficiency requirements. In addition, Safeheron offers a Custom Block Confirmations Notification feature.
Customers can customize the number of block confirmations based on their business needs, but the custom value must not exceed the default confirmations. When a transaction reaches the custom block confirmations, Safeheron sends notifications via webhook, allowing customers to flexibly handle their business processes.
1. Log in to the Safeheron Web Console with Manage APIs permission and navigate to: Settings ➡️ API ➡️ Block Confirmation Notification.
2. Follow these steps to complete the configuration:
Select network: Choose the network to configure custom block confirmations.
Input the wanted number: Enter the custom block confirmations that meet the condition: 1 < Custom Block Confirmations < Default Block Confirmations.
Submit for approval: After confirming the details, submit the configuration for the decision-making approval.
Upon submission, the system sends a Request for Notification on Custom Confirmations for Transactions email to team decision-makers (the team creator and admins).
Decision-makers respond to the email with their approval results, which are sent to support@safeheron.com.
Safeheron Support executes the configuration based on the decision and notifies you via email.
During the approval process, you can log in to the system at any time to check the details of the pending configuration.
Once approved and executed, the custom block confirmations will be displayed in the list of the respective blockchain networks. Safeheron will also send related events via webhook, allowing you to monitor transaction statuses in real time.
