11.18.2025 Temporary Adjustment to TRON Network on Gas Service(Due to Cloudflare Global Malfunction)

Dear Customers,

Due to a current global technical issue with Cloudflare, our partner's API interface is temporarily unavailable. This currently impacts the TRON Energy Rental within our Gas Service.

To ensure smooth processing of your transactions, please NOTE: until the issue is resolved, if you need to make any TRON-based asset transfers, please ensure that the transfer address holds a sufficient amount of TRX to cover the Gas fees required for the transaction.

We are closely monitoring the situation and will provide updates via our original notification channels as soon as the service is fully restored. If you have any questions in the meantime, please feel free to contact our support team.
